Like Cocomojo, the Chinese International School (CIS) girls are out there in the fashion world to get us. Hanalie is another brilliant example of where passion meets ambition. Our two CIS girls, Haylie and Natalie, brought their fashion sense together with determination, and went on to set up Hanalie.
To celebrate the official launching of Hanalie, they hosted a stylish yet cozy fashion show in Volar on the 21 December 2010. There were many familiar faces at Volar supporting Haylie, Natalie, and the Hong Kong Cancer Fund, the beneficiary of the event.

Before long, the fashion show kicked off as slender models with fierce attitudes paraded down the catwalk.
Hanalie's Spring/Summer Pre-Collection 2011 is sleek and chic. Their designs are simple, yet somehow, there is a touch of femininity in it. I love how eye-catching Lindsay is, with a smooth blend of grey and red.
The feature of the night was the limited Crossover pieces with fashionistas Sabrina Ho, Eleanor Lam, Josie Ho, Claudine Ying, and renounced blogger Cindy Ko. The pieces were sold on the spot, with all proceeds going to the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. My personal favourite was their crossover with Eleanor Lam. I knew I was in love when I saw the lovely lace cut-out on the waist.
From one CIS girl to another, you are doing such a great job. I can't wait to get my hands on your collection!
